At Charged Rides, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality e-rideables and excellent service. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary. This Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for returning products and seeking refunds.
1. Returns
- We accept returns within 90 days of purchase with the original receipt. However, Charged Rides must be satisfied that the product is defective and that the issue was not caused by customer misuse. We do not cover damage or failure caused by misusing the product, such as collisions, jumps, heavy shaking, abrasion, or improper storage.
- Change-of-mind returns are only eligable for up to 7 days after purchase, the e-rideable must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued for eligible returns received within the specified return period.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you with further information about your refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for reasons of change-of-mind or for damage as a result of misuse by the customer.
3. Change of Mind
- If you have simply changed your mind about a purchase, we may offer you a store credit or exchange at our discretion. However, this is subject to the item being returned in its original condition and packaging, and within 7 days of purchase.
